What Do You Need to Know About o2 Big Bundles?

Top up an amount into your account and then get any bundle from the above-mentioned option. Every bundle will be automatically renewed after 30 days on the same date you subscribe to it. Your smartphone must have enough credit balance for renewal. When you don’t have enough credit then you will be charged with standard rates until all your credit ends. You will be able to avail your bundle allowance only when you top up enough credit balance again and apply.

On standard Big Bundle plans of £10,£20 and £30, you can enjoy triple minutes and texts for the first month, but you won’t get it on the UK and International Bundles. Your remaining data will be a rollover for next month at the end of the month with Big Bundles.

O2 Pay as You Go Classic Plan

If you are a person who likes to pay only for what he uses then the Classic plan is quite suitable for you.

Top up Minimum £10 and enjoy following rates:

  • Calls 3p a min
  • Texts 2p
  • Data 1p per MB

Once your credit ends, you will have to top up again.

O2 International Pay You GO plans

If you like to make frequent calls to different countries then indeed international plan is what you need. Top up as much as you like and use your credit when you make a call and send a text.

Top up £10 or more to get your credit and the below for use in the UK and Europe Zone:

  • 100MB data

Top up £15 or more to get your credit and the below for use in the UK and Europe Zone:

  • 3000 O2 to O2 texts

How to Get an O2 Triple Bundle?

You need to get Standard Big Bundles such as £10, £20 and £30 for getting triple the normal allowance of data, minutes and texts for the first month. This offer will end on 2nd January 2019. Triple data doesn’t include data rollover. This offer will be automatically available for first time customer.

How to Activate the Triple Bundle when you are an existing Customer?

If you are an existing customer with eligible Big bundle then you need to send a Text “TRIPLE” to 2424 from PAYG phone to activate this offer.

I Ordered a SIM But Why I Didn’t Get it?

If you place an order of your Free SIM after 12:00 pm then it will arrive next working day. The delivery of your new SIM card is dependent on Royal Mail delivery service delay or your location. Give some time to the company and you will receive your new  O2 SIM. If you don’t get it after some days then you can contact to an O2 chat agent.

Can I change Tariff?

Yes, you can change your tariff once a month. For this purpose, you need to sign in to O2 or call 2202 for switching to a new Tariff.

Will New O2 SIM will fit My phone?

Yes, O2 SIM fits all kinds of phones.

What is the Difference between O2 Classic and Big Bundles?

You need to top up a minimum of £10 and then you will pay for all the minutes, data and texts you use. Call rates are 3p per minutes, texts are 2p and data is 1p per MB. When your credit ends, then you will have to top up again.

In the case of O2 Big Bundles, you can top up each month and get a full bundle of Data, texts and minutes for a full month. You don’t have to top up again and again. A monthly offer comprises of biggest data, texts and minutes combo.

What happens If I don’t Use my Phone for a longer period?

If you don’t use your phone in one month during the 6 month period then you will lose all your credit balance and the phone will be deactivated. You will get a new number when you want to reconnect again.

Can I keep My Number?

Yes, you can keep your number. If you are leaving another Network and joining O2 then you need to get a PAC code from your old network. Get a new SIM from O2 with a temporary number. Fill the form with your existing number, PAC code, and temporary number.

How to Move from O2 Monthly to Pay as You Go?

You can still keep your number. All you have to do is to contact Pay monthly customer service team which will handle this transfer for you. If you are an O2 Refresh customer then you will have to pay your Bills before you transfer toO2 Pay As You Go. If you are in minimum contract term and want to move to O2 Pay As You Go, you will have to pay termination charges.

How can I top Up?

Here are five different options you can use:

  3. use an E-Top Up card
  4. buy a voucher anywhere you see the green top-up logo.

How Does Data Rollover work?

If you are on a data Big Bundle Tariff that brings data rollover then your bundle will be automatically renewed after 30 days. Any data which you don’t use in one month will be rollover to next month Data big Bundle and subject to a cap that is double your usual data and allows. You can use this data in an upcoming month.

Unused data will allowance will the only roll over to next month big bundles data, only when you don’t change your big bundle plans or when your big bundle data will renew automatically as you have an available credit balance.

In case your plan doesn’t automatically renew or you pick any other big bundle data plan then unused data allowances will not roll over and expire.

How to Check O2 Big Bundle Terms and Conditions?

Your Big bundle Tariff Value is the minimum monthly credit balance or tops up which is required to activate or renew a bundle.

O2 Pay As You Go. Your Big Bundle tariff value, is the minimum monthly credit balance/top up required to activate and renew a bundle of Europe Zone data allowance and allowances of minutes and calls in the UK which you can also use whilst roaming in our Europe Zone, subject to Fair Usage policy. Data rollover is available on £10, £15, £20, and £25 and £30 data Big Bundles only. On your monthly renewal date you can carry forward up to 100% of your standard monthly data allowance (“Roll Over Data”) into the following month’s data bundle, subject to your total data bundle (Roll Over Data + standard monthly allowance) not exceeding 200% of your standard monthly data allowance at any one time. Any data that cannot be rolled over will expire. Roll Over Data will expire immediately if you fail to renew your Big Bundle on time or if you change tariffs. Here are some terms and conditions for your O2 Pay As You Go Classic plans.

Minimum top up £10. 16+. Advertised rates reflect calls and texts to standard UK landlines and mobiles only and UK data. Minimum charge of 1p per data session. Mins, texts and data can also be used when roaming in our Europe Zone, subject to Fair Usage policy. Selected Bolt Ons are not-transferable to this tariff and will be lost if you switch – please check before switching. The Classic tariff is compatible with the Monthly and One-off International Bolt-Ons. Opt-in at £2 per month.
